Question: What is the best way for two people to ask each other for forgiveness and give each other forgiveness if one of them is without the knowledge of the Teaching published on the UNIFICATION website and without following it?

Answer: These two people can ask for forgiveness and give forgiveness to each other by using the following words:

1st person:

'Forgive me ......... (the first name) all sins from all the times!'

The 2nd person responds:

'I forgive you ……….(the first name) with all my heart and soul!'

1st person:

'Thank You, Lord, for the Mercy and for the help!
Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!'

Then, they swap and say the same.

It would be good to use these words for the practice of Forgiveness with any other person who is without following of the Teaching given by Me – Presence of the One, and published on the UNIFICATION website currently, in these times.

A reader asked a question in Polish on the website if it is possible and good from the Lord's point of view to do the practice of Forgiveness in one’s thoughts by visualising the person who doesn’t know and doesn’t apply in his life the Teaching given on the UNIFICATION website by using the newly given formula for forgiveness, as the Spiritual Practice 'Forgiveness with your Fellow Man' has provoked irritation in both of them.

Answer: Yes, apart from face-to-face, it is possible to forgive mentally as well. In this case, the person who is asking for forgiveness should imagine how the other person responds to him by forgiving him; then, he should imagine the other person asking for his forgiveness by using the words of the short version of the practice, and how he forgives him with all his heart.

This brief version of the practice of Forgiveness is used in cases when the second person is without the knowledge and application in his life of the Teaching given on the UNIFICATION website. It is also used in cases when, for a number of reasons, there is a lack of acceptance of the words of the Spiritual practice 'Forgiveness with your Fellow Man', and first of all, because acceptance and positive emotions are out of the question during the performance of the Spiritual practice 'Forgiveness with your fellow man' if the person with whom this practice is done is beyond the definition of a fellow man.
