Surrogate food

A question and its answer given by Presence of the One for the Autumn Equinox in 2016 and updated on 19 September 2017

 

Question: What is meant by surrogate food?

Answer: Surrogate refers to food that has been subjected to processing together with other products included in its content by someone else (outside the circle of the close people with whom a person lives and regularly communicates).

 

Question: Which food is beyond the definition of surrogate food and is good for us?

Answer: There is already information on this topic on the website, which I will repeat and supplement.

It is good to eat mainly the food that is grown on the land (the country) where you currently live:
blue dotAlmost all legumes and seeds – beans, lentils, Einkorn wheat (most of the other wheat species are already GMO – genetically modified organisms), buckwheat, chickpeas, brown rice, oats, millet, etc., without corn and soy, which are almost entirely GMO;
blue dotBread – it is best to be made at home with one’s own hands or by the closest people, and blessed by the one who made it while he/she was kneading the dough;
blue dotAll raw fruits and vegetables;
blue dotDried herbs, fruits and vegetables, but eat rarely dried fruits and vegetables – only as a last resort. The best is to consume raw fruits and vegetables, according to the season in which they are available;
blue dotAll kinds of nuts – raw – walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, etc.;
blue dotHomemade canned food – prepared by yourself with joy and a blessing;
blue dotHome-cooked dishes – prepared by yourself with Divine Love towards everybody who will eat them and with a blessing.

While making the bread or any other cooked dishes, it will be good for the person who prepares the food to request help from Above while working, to prepare the food in silence, to bless the food he is preparing, and bless all the people who will eat it.
