Repenting for faster and complete healing

A question sent to the UNIFICATION website on 29 January 2018, and its answer given by Presence of the One on 30 March 2018

Question: When a person is ill and is undergoing some treatment, would it be good to additionally do a spiritual practice for faster and complete healing and what should it be?

Answer: Until the improvement of the condition, the person could mentally thank Me for everything that is happening to him because by his sufferings and by accepting them he is cleansed karmically much faster than normal.

The person can say:

'Forgive Me, Lord, that I have sinned and put myself in such a mess that now .............. (tells what his/her condition is, for example, my tonsils are infected, I have a headache, or I have a fever, etc.).
I repent with all my heart and soul, and I invite, sincerely wish and ask for forgiveness and for help from Above to stop sinning that way and have a good Health now and always and forever and ever – in all times!
And I thank You, Lord, for the Forgiveness and for the help!
