Question: Dear Father of Our Universe, is it true that if someone’s ears are burning, this means that someone else is speaking about them or thinking intensely about them?
Answer: Yes, this belief is based on facts and observations and is in direct relationship with human physiology. The connection is between a person’s ears on the material plane and the sending of thoughts, which are on the subtle plane, to the person by someone else, and these thoughts are harmful for that person.
On the subtle plane, this information as a type of energy reaches the person about whom someone is thinking at that moment, but without good thoughts and feelings to the person. And this person’s ears, which are the organ for hearing on the material plane, respond. They increase their temperature, and this strengthens on the subtle plane, in energy, the Protection of the person who is thought or spoken about, but not with good. This is similar to the body temperature rising in sickness so that the viruses are destroyed.
What was said above is even more valid when a person is both thought and spoken about not with good ‘behind their back’, i.e. in their absence.
However, the phrase ‘my ears are burning’ or ‘his ears are burning’ is without being good from My point of view as it is from the illusion.
Bulgarian speech is strong in energy, it is highly creative, and through it, a lot of very good things can be created as well as things that are quite not good. For this reason, you need to be careful how you use it. When you use it correctly from the Lord’s point of view, its good effect is very big and creates Good karma to you. However, the same also applies when it is used wrongly, and people follow some patterns introduced in Bulgarian speech by representatives of networks of the illusion which are a code for starting illusory programs in people. Then, the effect from what was said is also very strong, but it is harmful to the people with Alive, Bright and Pure Souls.
So, when someone says that a part of their body is burning, this is a code of the illusion which is harmful for the person who says that and starts on the subtle plane in the person’s energy field the program something to burn for them – either on the material plane – their ears could really burn, for example, in the sun, or something from their belongings could burn, or on the subtle plane, i.e. figuratively, for example, some of their Good karma or an Achievement could burn, etc., and all of these are things which the person would hardly want to ‘burn’ and lose.
Thus, in such a case, it is good to say, ‘My ears are hot.’

Question: Dear Father of Our Universe, when our ears become hot, can we do something additional which would increase our protection – our own protection and the one of our close people? And is it necessary that we do anything? What should we do best in such a case, dear Father of Our Universe?
Answer: Yes, you can always do something additional which would help and strengthen your own protection even more. And in relation to strengthening the protection of your close ones, it is good to do this only when you have been asked to help that way.
What you can do and is Good for you to do in such cases is to perform one after the other:
1. Spiritual Practice ‘Forgiveness’ with the one who is speaking and/or thinking not good about you. Do it by imagining that you are the first one to ask for forgiveness. And this is so because your own karmic burden has given the possibility to representatives of networks of the illusion to incite that person to think and/or speak not good about you. And imagine they forgive you.
And after that imagine that they ask for forgiveness that they thought and/or spoke not good about you, and forgive them with all your heart and Soul!
2. Spiritual Practice ‘Repentance, Forgiveness and gratitude in 7 steps’ on this occasion.
Spiritual Practice ‘Forgiveness’
The one whose ears are hot says:
‘You who are thinking and/or speaking not good about me at this moment, forgive me everything I have sinned!’
And imagines that the other person replies:
‘I forgive you with all my heart and Soul.’
The one who asked for forgiveness says:
‘Thank You, Lord, for your Mercy and for the Help!
I bow deeply to you!’ (and bows).
And while rising from the bow, the person says:
