Meeting in Poland on 23 and 24 January 2016
Part 9

Questions and answers

Participant 1: I have a question regarding the implementation of another one of the 5 Rules-Guidelines – the one about going to the toilet. At our last meeting previous year we talked a lot about the exceptional importance of these 5 Rules-Guidelines and for the reason we need to follow them fully, why are they very good for us and how to follow them more easily, but there is one thing I want to clarify for myself. When a person goes to the toilet is it necessary to cover himself completely?

Rositsa Avela: When a person is in a toilet, which is a separate room that can be locked and lack access and visibility from the outside, for example through the window, or from within, there is no need to be covered. The covering needs to be done only in cases where a person can be seen by any other person during his bowel movements, for example, when:

blue-dotThe toilet room has a window with visibility from the outside;

blue-dotThe toilet door cannot be locked, and someone could enter it at any time;

blue-dotThe toilet is a room, which consists of two or more cabins/cubicles that are open in their upper/lower part thus sharing the common space;

blue-dotThe person is in nature.

Participant 2: I stopped using the toilets that are uncovered. When using public toilets I close the main and the second door now.

Participant 3: What if someone wants to go to the toilet and the toilet does not meet these safety requirements? Because a person may drink some water while being outside and then really wants to go to the toilet.

Rositsa Avela: When there is no other possibility, exceptionally one could use the toilet for disabled.

To avoid the situation in which a person really wants to go to the toilet when lack of suitable toilets, he needs more often go to the toilet if he finds a suitable one at first opportunity even if he lacks such need at the moment.

A man should change his behaviour in these times.

Being in public places where lack of suitable toilets a person should start drinking less water. However, he should drink more water at home early in the morning immediately after waking up – 1-2 litres of water and even more to hydrate his body well and have enough time to drain this water before leaving out of his home. Going to sleep early in the evening and getting up early in the morning greatly helps that. Also to have time in the morning to eat plenty of suitable food before going out, so that he is sated for as long time as possible. And after returning at home first to drink plenty of water and after 15-20 minutes to eat well again.

When a person gets on the road, he already has to carry and drink less water to withstand for long periods of time without the need to go to the toilet and have no concerns in this regard. But whenever he feels illusory interference he should drink one or two sips of water, which would help him to transform the negativity or any other illusory manifestation.

Participant 4: A year ago the recommendation was to drink plenty of water at any time of the day, except during meals and 1-2 hours after that while digesting the food, and now we have a novelty – to drink plenty of water even at 3-4 in the morning!

Rositsa Avela: Yes, can you see how much the world has changed in such a short time so that our Heavenly Teachers have to guide us to change so significantly our way of life to pass safely through everything that is happening now and what is yet ahead.

Though, the recommendation to abstain from drinking water during the meal and immediately after it still applies completely.

Participant 4: If we wake up very early at 3-4 in the morning and drink a lot of water is that sufficient for the whole day?

Rositsa Avela: It depends on many factors. A person may drink plenty of water also during the day if he knows his route during the day and already knows where on that route the suitable toilets are.

Participant 2: You can use the following tactic: One of you to guard the entrance while the other is in the toilet. We are using it, and it works quite well.

Rositsa Avela: Yes, it is always better to be as a pair. That is very valuable in our time.

Quite often on motorways and other major roads, there are many truck drivers, and the men's toilets often are occupied by at least one person inside, which is sufficient to make the toilet unsuitable for use at the time. If a man is with his wife he may use the female’s toilet if the toilet is free, while his wife is guarding the entrance to the hall for washing hands and is ready to stop a woman, should she show up and ask her to wait to add that there is a man inside. The opposite is also possible – a woman to make use of the free men's toilet when the ladies one is occupied.

When a person is alone, and the toilet is a room containing cabins opened at their top or the bottom part he should wait until the toilet is free and everyone comes out.

Participant 3: When a person is alone, what he should do if he really wants to go to the toilet?

Rositsa Avela: If there is another person in the toilet (in another cabin) then he needs to cover himself entirely, as a final safety measure. But as I said, it is best that the person went to the toilet while his need is a little, without waiting until the last moment. As that is a big mistake and is harmful to health. The person should look for a suitable toilet much earlier to have time to wait until it is free calmly.

We need to become flexible in every aspect and change our way of life so that we are in tune with the novelties. Life itself in the contemporary conditions requires it.
