About karmic responsibility

Everyone individually bears karmic responsibility if they are without applying the received knowledge in their life.
Everyone also bears karmic responsibility when they miss to inform others whom they give this knowledge to, about their karmic responsibility for its implementation in life.

A person is karmically reponsible only in case that when they receive this Teaching, they accept it and decide to follow it in their life. Accepting the Teaching, the decision to follow it, and its implementation in life are parts of a process which lasts a specific period of time that is individually allotted from Above to each person and during which the person is almost without getting karmically burdened or is burdened to a minimum extent while the initial stage of their training in this Teaching continues.
